Abd El Drachm is a Moroccan criminal who appears in The Crab with the Golden Claws in The Adventures of Tintin series. He is first heard when he asks the butcher about Allan Thompson. The butcher's premises, whom which he presumed to be an accomplice, are used as a cover for the drug smuggling and one of the barrels seemed to contain wine, in his cellar hides the entrance to a secret passage which leads to a network of tunnels where drugs and wine are stored.

El Drachm uses this passage in order to join his accomplices who are beating Captain Haddock for information. Tintin, disguised as a homeless person, follows El Drachm discreetly and rescues Haddock. Pursued by the crooks, Tintin and Haddock take refuge in a wine cellar. El Drachm is expressing triumph at the fact that the cellar has a dead end and assumes that Tintin and Haddock are trapped, but the pair fight back by throwing wine bottles at the crooks who are forced to retreat.

The crooks shoot their guns into the cellar causing some wine barrels to leak. The fumes from the leaking wine makes Tintin and Haddock drunk and the crooks take advantage to seize them. El Drachm and Tom get ahold of Haddock who then pours an open bottle onto Tom who seizes the bottle.

An outraged Haddock assaults Tom and El Drachm, leaving them injured and later taken into custody.
