Does anyone know what's the best place to read the comics of Tintin right on my PC's screen? It'll also help for obtaining screenshots of the panels I'd like to save.
Even though I have filled out my profile here, there won't be anything new on the Fandom. As we know, when Herge passed away there would be nothing new. Rehashes maybe (like the movie) but all I guess I can do is tweak and revert vandalism if it pops up. And have a chat to fellow fans if I feel like it. I do have many other interests across Fandom including sites I administer that are more active than this one.
So just saying hi. To be precise, saying hello. (Blistering barnacles!)
How do you find a user's talk page? If someone could tell me that would be great! (also, we need Tintin emotes! jk)
Edit: Oh, the same thing as the message wall!
Is it just me or are the comics way better than the movie??????
I'm the creator and administrator of the french Wiki Tintin . There may be French here. So come.
This wiki is a fantastic place.
There is need for use of administrative and bureacratic rools. KiwiChris, our sole administrator, has been inactive or absent for the majority of the past two years, with the bulk of his activity in 2011-2014. There is a backlog of things to maintain.
For those reasons, I am seeking administrator and bureacrat tools here on this wiki. This will help me maintain this wiki. I am hoping that I make a fine person to uptake the role.
The thing about Tintin is that despite being in the protagonist role, is a very evil man. He frequently abuses animals, is responsible for the deaths of two men, is a close-minded bigot and is more than a little arrogant. Now, some would see this as a flaw in the storytelling but assuming it was intentional, it might mean that Hergé gave credit to his audience, and expected them to think critically about the ever-changing definitions of "good" and "evil". If it was a conscious choice, then it makes Tintin all the more interesting as a character and as a story.
By giving his protagonist such soft, gentle and friendly features he is able to provide contrast to the horrible things that Tintin himself does. Tintin is also a layered character, a…
I just found this on LEGO Ideas. If you're a tintin fan please support it.

Tintin and the Picaros has lots of bad changes, like Tintin wears Jeans, likes Yoga and goes on Motorbikes.
Just been pondering on who should play Professor Calculus in The Adventures of Tintin II (should he be a character). I think his bumbling characteristics would suit one of the Monty Python actors like John Cleese or Eric Idle.
Just my two cents.
