Chris Wiggins (born January 13, 1931-February 19, 2017 in Blackpool, England) was an English-Canadian voice actor who provided the voice of several of the supporting characters from The Adventures of Tintin television series of the early 1990's. He was known for voicing the antagonist No Heart in Care Bears.
