Don Lopez de Zalamea de Rodriguez Zaropa Losa Rabia y Peredon is a Spanish estate owner who appears in the film Tintin and the Blue Oranges, of The Adventures of Tintin series.

He was first seen greeting Tintin, Snowy, Haddock, and Cuthbert Calculus, to meet him for the stolen blue orange, on Caculus's behalf, at the Hacienda Bello Horizonte.

When Don Lopez said that the visit is an honor and a surprise, Tintin asked him that he didn't receive the letter, which he told them he didn't. Tintin didn't understand, and explained to Don Lopez which he mistakenly referred to him as Professor Zalamea, and explained to Tintin that he is a cousin to Antenor Zalamea. He acknowleged that they wanted to see his cousin, so he called his butler, Estensoro, too look for him.

Estensoro came back and told Don Lopez that Antenor is not in the laboratory. Don Lopez is surprised to hear that, so he invited Tintin, Snowy, Haddock, Calculus to his cousin's laboratory.

Later, at dinner, Tintin heard Snowy barking, and noticed that Snowy was chloroformed, and Calculus was kidnapped. Tintin suggested that Professor Zalamea was also kidnapped, and Don Lopez realized that it must be it. He orders Estensoro to contact the police, not knowing that Estensoro is the one who started the kidnapping of both Zalamea and Calculus.

Next morning, he told them that had no comments to the press and to the police. Tintin explained to the police that we're guests, and Don Lopez told them that the house is theirs, and wished them to stay as they please.

Later that day, Don Lopez met Thompson and Thomson, and the Spanish Inspector told them that the Tintin, Snowy, and Haddock, also went missing.

He was last seen at the Hacienda, as his workers are chasing Snowy and being dizzy from the loose farm animals.
