Fernando is a Spanish criminal worker who appeared in the film Tintin and the Blue Oranges in The Adventures of Tintin series.
He was first mentioned as Tintin, Haddock, Pablito, and Francesito were tracking him down to find out where he is.
Fernando is a man with a blue dragon tattoo biting its own tail, on his wrist, and has black eyes, black hair, and a black mustache. He attacked Pablito, who nearly assaulted him to death, and and took the letter and parcel. Pablito bravely held on to Fernando, and punched and kicked him, in self-defense. He shouted for help, and they noticed him, leaving Fernando to escape the scene. He also retrieved the parcel, and delivered it safely, without the letter.
Tintin entered his room and examined the contact list, which contains Estensoro, the man who called Fernando to kidnap Zalamea and Calculus. Tintin heard his footsteps, and hid himself from him. Fernando opens his suitcase, which is actually a radio transmitter, and the Big Boss told him about the next mission. He left the hotel, and was last seen walking away as Tintin, Snowy, and Haddock tried to follow him, only being knocked out by the gangsters.
