Los Dopicos is the capital and principal city of San Theodoros in The Adventures of Tintin.
General[]
The city was renamed as "Tapiocapolis" while under regime of General Tapioca. It houses the head office of government, the national seaport and the army headquarters. The city is also colloquially known as "Alcazaropolis" while governed by General Alcazar. Los Dopicos is home to a monument to General Olivaro, the liberator who led the San Theodoran people to independance in the nineteenth century. The city features prominently in The Broken Ear and Tintin and the Picaros
Geography[]
The city is separated by a mountain that makes the center of one side and sea on the other, like the Venezuelan capital of Caracas.
