Giovanni is an Italian Emergency Manager who only appears in Explorers on the Moon in The Adventures of Tintin series. He is first mentioned by Baxter to send in the firetrucks and ambulances to the landing site. He was then seen with his binoculars, observing the Moon Rocket, and noticed Mr. Baxter's car, and was afraid, in his last words, that it'll be flatten like a pancake.
