Mrs. Piggott is the owner of the urban apartment block 24 Flyaway Road and is the landlady of Professor Hector Alembick. She is first encountered by Tintin when he goes to Alembick's address to return his briefcase that he left in a nearby park. It is led to believe that she was completely unaware of Alembick being kidnapped and replaced with his twin brother Alfred.
