The Order of the Golden Pelican is a special honour awarded in the Syldavia. At the end of King Ottokar's Sceptre, the king, Muskar XII, gives this to Tintin when Tintin finds his sceptre. As the king says in his speech, it is an honour rarely bestowed upon foreigners.
