The Order of the Golden Pelican is a special honour awarded in the Syldavia. At the end of King Ottokar's Sceptre, the king, Muskar XII, gives this to Tintin after he rescued his Sceptre from Bordurian agents and brought it back to the palace. As the king says in his speech, it is an honour rarely bestowed upon foreigners.
