Herr Doktor Otto Schulze is a German Scientist of the University of Munich.

History

He was a member of Decimus Phostle's expedition team to recover samples from a fallen meteorite in the Arctic Ocean, the Aurora Expedition. He is portrayed only in The Shooting Star. In the French edition, the university Doktor Schulze works at is the University of Iena.
