Pedro Ramirez (French: Pedro Ramona) is a Mexican bandit based in the Mid-West United States.

History[]
He robbed the Old West Bank in Red Dog City and stole the contents of a safe. Ramirez passed Tintin during his escape and switched boots with him while he was sleeping. A mounted policeman named Fred and his partner followed the footprints to which then led them to Tintin instead, framing him for the robbery instead and ensuring his own escape.
However, on the news, he was arrested while trying to cross the state line, and had confessed about the robbery to the police.
