Sauerkraut was an Egyptologist from the The Adventures of Tintin series who appeared briefly in the original work of Cigars of the Pharaoh. He doesn't appear in a redrawn version. He was the 5th Egyptologist who discovered the tomb of Kih-Oskh.
History[]
He was one of the many Egyptologists that were imprisoned in the lost tomb of the Pharaoh Kih-Oskh by the Kih-Oskh Brotherhood. When Tintin himself traveled through the tomb in search of Sophocles Sarcophagus, he passed by Sauerkraut wrapped up in a coffin along with many other Egyptologists like E.P. Jacobini, M. Trentin, Sandys, M. Dupont, Sauerkraut, I.E. Roghliff and Lord Carnaval.
Trivia[]
