The unnamed secretary is a personal servant to the Maharaja. Despite this, he actually is working for the criminal organization the Kih-Oskh Brotherhood. He aids The Fakir in trying to poison the Maharaja with Rajaijah Juice. He is presumably arrested when he is knocked out by Tintin, having been tied up.
