Vladimir (Destination Moon)

Vladimir is a military officer who is in the Syldavian army. He appears when another soldier calls him to get mineral-water who Haddock thinks it is whisky. Just as he opens the bottle, Haddock accuses Vladimir for opening the bottle improperly.
