Vladimir is a Soviet OGPU agent who appeared in Tintin in the Land of the Soviets.
History[]

He is the driver of the OGPU agents that captured Tintin in Tempelhof and tried to smuggle him back into the Soviet Union.
However, Tintin was saved from death by a tiger cub that escaped from the zoo and scared off Vladimir and another OGPU agent.
