The Witch Doctor is a minor antagonist that only appears in The Broken Ear. He tells Karamelo, who has a sick brother, that he has to kill the first animal he finds in the forest to cure his brother. Karamelo finds Snowy, who is carrying Doctor Ridgewell's quiver and handkerchief. Karamelo tells the witch doctor that Ridgewell is in danger. The Witch Doctor tells Karamelo that if he spills one word, he and his family will be turned into frogs. Ridgewell later stops the Witch Doctor from killing Snowy by firing a dart into his hind quarters.
